Straight Talk provides therapy services to children of all ages with various delays or disorders.

In-Home Therapy

Speech and language therapy sessions enhance your child’s communication skills using various evidence-based strategies and programs. We believe therapy is most effective in the child’s natural environment, with an emphasis on parental involvement, giving you the opportunity to learn and support your child’s progress on a daily basis. I will travel to your home at a frequency that works for you and your child’s therapy program. Sessions can vary in length but are typically 45-minutes, followed by parent coaching of the skills learned in the session.

Teletherapy

We are offering teletherapy throughout Massachusetts. Remote sessions are a way we can offer you or your loved one speech and language therapy services from the comfort of your home utilizing a secure video conferencing service over a computer or tablet. Your clinician will implement your child’s therapy plan with fun, interactive activities that allows them to stay engaged!

Evaluations

At Straight Talk, you do not need an initial evaluation to start services. We do provide comprehensive evaluations for toddlers, preschool, and school-aged children at your request. Evaluations consist of a combination of parent interviews, clinical observation, and standardized testing. Upon completion of testing, a diagnosis is formulated and a comprehensive report is written along with an individualized plan of care outlining the course of treatment.

“A year ago, my husband and I were thrilled that our daughter could say,

“apple pie.” Today, thanks to Suzie and our daughter’s dedication, she’s

reading a story to her stuffed animals, singing Aladdin perfectly at the top

of her lungs, and telling us stories. We had to double check to make sure it

was in fact only a year ago that she started speech with Suzie. It’s

incredible! Thank you...our entire family knows this wouldn’t be possible

without YOU and we thank you SO very much. I’m so grateful that we met

Suzie and that she’s still a part of our lives.”
